1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Member" or "User") and betdice ("betdice", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at betdice.cam (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs your registration, access, use of and participation in all products and services made available through the Platform, including sports betting markets, live casino games, virtual games, promotional offers and any associated customer support functions.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or continuing to use the Platform after the publication of a revised version of this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to any provision, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.

betdice reserves the right to update, modify or replace this Agreement at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3Account Eligibility

Access to the betdice Platform and all associated gambling products is strictly reserved for individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. betdice does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register an Account or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, any Prohibited Territory at the time of placing any wager or accessing the Platform.
• You are not employed by, nor an immediate family member of an employee of, betdice or any of its affiliated or subsidiary entities.
• You possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment only, not for commercial or business purposes.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the betdice Platform through a self-exclusion request or by administrative action by betdice.

4Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only on the betdice Platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated Accounts.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. betdice is entitled to rely upon the information you provide and may act upon it for the purposes of KYC verification, payments and communications. You accept responsibility for any loss, delay or account restriction arising from information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. betdice will not be liable for any loss or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify betdice immediately through support channels if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Currency

All betdice Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless an alternative currency arrangement is explicitly documented in supplementary terms. Currency conversion costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Member.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

betdice is committed to the prevention of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling and financial crime. As part of these obligations, betdice operates a mandatory KYC programme. Withdrawal functionality, and certain account features, will remain restricted until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

5.1 Required Documents

betdice may request any of the following documents as part of the verification process:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank statement or card front bearing the Member's name).
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by internal risk controls.

5.2 Document Standards

All documents submitted must be legible, unobstructed, unedited and submitted in an accepted image format. betdice reserves the right to reject documents that appear to have been altered, obscured or are of insufficient quality to permit verification. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes grounds for immediate permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

6Deposits and Payments

betdice accepts deposits from Members through the following Malaysian-validated payment channels, subject to availability and applicable account-level approvals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay — instant mobile wallet transfers
• DuitNow and FPX — real-time interbank transfers processed through major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong
• Direct bank transfer — standard processing timeline applies
• Eligible cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) — subject to current network conditions

6.1 Payment Ownership

All payment methods used on the betdice Platform must be registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits made from third-party payment methods are prohibited. betdice reserves the right to return deposits made via unverified or third-party instruments and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM 50 unless stated otherwise within a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may be applied at the Account level depending on verification status and risk controls.

6.3 No Deposit Guarantee

betdice does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method at any given time. Service interruptions by third-party payment processors, scheduled bank maintenance windows or regulatory restrictions may affect availability temporarily. betdice will not be liable for consequential losses arising from such interruptions.

7Withdrawals

Members may request the withdrawal of eligible real-money Account balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and Section 5 (KYC). Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that are registered in the Member's verified name.

7.1 Processing Timelines

The following are betdice's standard processing targets. These represent operational goals, not guaranteed performance commitments, and may be affected by verification requirements, payment network availability or risk review:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: typically 5–15 minutes following approval
• Direct bank wire: typically 15–60 minutes following approval

7.2 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the following conditions are met:

• The Member has completed all applicable KYC verification steps.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• The requested amount does not exceed applicable daily or periodic withdrawal limits.
• The Account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance reviews or chargebacks.

8Bonuses and Promotions

betdice may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, loyalty rewards, cashback programmes, referral incentives and other time-limited offers to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to the general conditions in this Section as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). This means the relevant bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer terms) must be staked the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. betdice will provide the applicable multiplier and eligible game list within each promotional description.

8.2 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

Where Bonus Funds remain in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet is typically capped at MYR 250 per round or event unless a different limit is stated in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed this cap while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings generated.

8.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Standard slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games, live dealer games and other product categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The applicable contribution rates for each product are stated within the relevant promotion page.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress that remain uncompleted within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting, as specified per offer) will be automatically removed from the Account. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

8.5 Promotion Integrity

betdice reserves the right to void, amend, withdraw or discontinue any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, technical error, system vulnerability or any activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming promotions more than once will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all related funds.

9Betting and Wagering Rules

betdice offers betting markets across a range of sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competition fixtures, UFC events and other international football markets. Additionally, live casino products including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack and slot games are available to eligible Members.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

betdice reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its absolute discretion. Bets accepted in error (including those resulting from obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions or data feed failures) may be voided and any winnings arising from such errors will not be paid. betdice will notify affected Members of voided bets within a reasonable timeframe.

9.2 Settlement

All betting markets are settled in accordance with the published settlement rules applicable to each product category. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of betdice's trading team, based on verified official sources, shall be final and binding.

9.3 Disconnection During Live Play

betdice cannot be held responsible for incomplete or interrupted bets resulting from a loss of internet connection, device failure or third-party network disruption on the Member's side. Where technically feasible, bets in progress will be settled according to the state of play at the point of disconnection.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betdice Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where warranted, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using the Account of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated identification or verification documents.
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment fraud or identity theft.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools or artificial intelligence to exploit the Platform, manipulate odds or gain an unfair systematic advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting schemes or any strategy that betdice determines constitutes deliberate exploitation of promotions.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties in a manner that distorts the integrity of live casino games, poker tables or any other multi-player product.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any transaction connected to illegal activities.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.

11Account Suspension and Closure

betdice may suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is likely to occur, or where required by law or regulatory instruction. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, betdice may withhold Account balances pending investigation and co-operate fully with relevant authorities.

11.1 Member-Initiated Closure

A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting betdice support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be satisfied and any outstanding KYC queries resolved. Remaining real-money Account balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable processing period.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to restrict or cease their gambling activity may apply for a self-exclusion through the betdice Responsible Gambling programme. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the period selected. betdice will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention of access via unregistered devices or sessions. 12Intellectual Property

All content available on the betdice Platform — including but not limited to the betdice name and logo, website text, graphics, interface design, software, databases, audio, video content, icons and compilation of materials — is the exclusive property of betdice or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of betdice.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betdice, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

betdice shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, delayed transactions or other Platform unavailability resulting from Force Majeure events, third-party payment processor failures, scheduled maintenance or actions of government or regulatory authorities. betdice's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Section shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by betdice's negligence.

14Privacy and Data

betdice collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its services. Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance and, where consent has been provided, marketing communications.

betdice does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers and competent legal or regulatory authorities where required by law. Full details of betdice's data practices, your rights as a data subject and the applicable retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

15Responsible Gambling

betdice is committed to promoting safe gambling practices for all eligible Members aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a strategy to generate income or recover financial losses. betdice provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion to support Members in maintaining responsible play habits.

If you feel that your gambling behaviour is causing concern, or if you are under pressure from financial obligations, please do not continue wagering. betdice encourages you to review our Responsible Gambling page, utilise account-level controls and seek guidance where needed.

16Amendments to This Agreement

betdice reserves the right to amend, modify or update any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, betdice will endeavour to provide advance notice via email communication to the registered Account address, a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or both. The revised Agreement will take effect on the date stated therein.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised Agreement, you must cease using the Platform and submit a closure request to betdice support before the effective date.

17Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it, including any non-contractual matters, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which betdice is incorporated and operates. Any claim or legal action arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
